Having spent most of my life exploring the many aspects of nutrition and well-being, I've always known that no one dietary approach is the "magic bullet" that will solve everyone's health issues. That is why I believe strongly that creating custom diet, nutrition and treatment plans is so essential to optimal health. I do my homework when it comes to helping people find the right dietary program and why I take the time to understand a person's health history, genetic predisposition, lifestyle and unique biochemistry.
I believe in listening to the body - it knows what to eat and what it needs to stay in balance. I encourage everyone to be open to what nourishment their own body is seeking and if something is not working, don't be afraid to change it up. You'll know when you have the right dietary program - your body will be at ease, pain and symptoms will fall away and you'll be amazed at how good you feel!
