Hello, I’m Aine-Marie Landis. I’m a Functional & Integrative Medicine Nutritionist, Educator and Speaker pioneering wellness and educational programs dedicated to gluten-related disease, Celiac disease, leaky gut, and microbiome health.
I have nearly 30 years of experience in the fields of functional medicine, bio-individual nutrition, health and lifestyle coaching, predictive antibody analysis and testing, and biofield therapies.
Like many of you, my road to understanding the power of nutrition and just how remarkable the body’s ability to overcome obstacles is, began with my own health crisis. I suffered for many years with all kinds of food allergies, environmental sensitivities, and chronic gut health issues. I also developed painful osteoarthritis in my hands so that I couldn’t even hold and lift a coffee cup.
What I have learned is that you CAN find the answers to health issues even after years of suffering. More importantly, your body is extremely resilient and by addressing the root cause of illness instead of medicating the symptoms, you can find levels of vitality you never thought possible.
Although my work and mission very much define my life, I do have a few other loves. When I’m not focused on serving my clients, you can find me walking in nature, cooking, and spending time with my amazing friends and family.
