Here are a list of resources used during the Wild Ferments workshop. Many of these are links to Amazon or other online sources because it is challenging to source these from local stores (I’ve tried without much luck).

Water Kefir Grains (live, organic)
Convenient/Portable Water Kefir Grains (dehydrated for travel, just add sugar water)
Coconut Yogurt (unsweetened for starter) – “SO Delicious” brand at PCC, Wholefoods or Amazon
Other Foods, Spices:
Ground Vanilla Bean (organic, extremely tasty)
Flavored Stevia Vanilla Cream (just add 1-2 drops, hard to get in stores)
Flavored Stevia English Toffee (just add 1-2 drops, hard to get in stores)Â
Flavored Stevia Berry (just add 1-2 drops, hard to get in stores)
Idli Rice & Urad Dal – check your local Indian or International grocery store (many in Bellevue, Redmond)
